Apple Podcast Connect bug

I want to publish a podcast, but the Apple Podcast Connect link isn't working when I log in.

I've verified my account, added a payment method, and accepted the terms and conditions.

I've logged in to Apple Podcast to accept the terms.

And yet, I still can't log in via Apple Podcast Connect to import my RSS feed and podcast to the platform.

Do you know how to unblock all this?
